ATV riding in the  BLACK HILLS
​Mt Meadow Store and Campground is located on the US Forest Service Trail System, with unlimited miles and opporuntity riding out of here. We offer five single/double ATV's and one side by side UTV. We are the best stop on the trail system for home-cooked food (breakfast, lunch and dinner), pastries, snacks, cold beer, gas, oil and supplies. Our ATV rental department is open daily 8am to 5pm. We have Polaris 500 Sportsmans and Polaris side by side Ranger. We do provide helmets for each rider. They are required and you can bring your own or use ours.

Reservation Policy

A credit card is required when making reservations. In order to avoid a 50% rental cost, all cancellations must be made 7 days prior to reservation & 3 days to avoid the full rental fee. We do know situations arise & we are willing to move your reservation to a later date to avoid any fees. Please call and we will make arrangements.



Rental Agreement

There is paper work to fill out the morning of your ride. We have made a link on this page if you would like to have it filled out prior to your arrival.



ATV/UTV Damage

Each operator is responsible for any damage to the rental ATV/UTV. During the check out and learning procedure, any pre-existing damage will be noted on forms.



Minimum Age of Operator

Each operator must possess a valid driver's license. Any persons under the age of 18, must be accompanied by parent or guardian.



Re-Fueling Policy

All ATV/UTV's leave with a full tank of gas and oil. Upon returning the rental for the day, they will be inspected and re-fueled and oil replenished, and added to the final bill.



Poor Weather 

If we, Mt Meadow Store & Campground determine weather is too poor to ride, there will be no fees incurred by you the renter.
